Fatal 4 Way Match for the WWE US Title: R-Truth vs. John Morrison vs. Zack Ryder vs. The Miz
Back from the break and we’ve got a Fatal Four Way match for the WWE United States Title. Out first comes the United States Champion, R-Truth, who is from Charlotte. Out next comes John Morrison followed by Zack Ryder and finally The Miz. The bell rings and Ryder goes at it with Morrison while Truth and Miz go at it. Morrison dumps Ryder to the floor and dropkicks Miz. It’s down to Morrison and Truth. They lock up and go back and forth. Truth with a 2 count.
Ryder comes in and takes out Truth. He comes over the top rope onto Truth but lands on the floor. Miz comes over and takes out Ryder. Miz and Morrison go at it on the apron. Morrison powerbombs Miz from the apron onto Ryder and the floor. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Morrison lays out Miz for a 2 count. Another 2 count by Morrison. Morrison drops Ryder on the top rope and they fight it out in the corner. Morrison goes for a superplex but Ryder blocks it. Truth comes over and powerbombs them both off the top. Truth covers Miz for a 2 count. Truth goes for three more consecutive pin attempts. Truth beats down Miz and Ryder then drops Morrison on his face. Truth hits the scissors kick on Ryder for a 2 count as Miz makes the save. Miz clears the ring and it’s him with Ryder. Miz hits a big clothesline in the corner on Ryder. Miz goes to the floor and Morrison drops him with a huge clothesline. Truth hits the flying forearm on Ryder in the ring but only gets 2 as Morrison breaks the pin. Morrison and Truth go at it. They dump Miz to the floor. Morrison misses a springboard attack. Truth hits a nice cutter type move for a 2 count as Ryder stops it.
Ryder hits the Ruff Ryder on Truth for a 2 count. Morrison makes the save and dumps Ryder. Morrison hits Starship Pain on Truth. Miz comes over and throws Morrison out of the ring. Miz covers Truth for the pinfall, the win and the title.

John Morrison defeated Ted DiBiase by countout in 1:13.
Morrison knocked DiBiase to the floor. Ted got himself intentionally counted out at the 1:13 mark. Morrison wanted the match restarted by Ted rejected. Morrison sweetened the pot by saying if he lost, he would be DiBiase’s Virgil. Ted accepted… [C]

King explained to the audience who Virgil was and why Morrison would not want to become DiBiase’s version of Virgil. King said the first match was “erased from the books.” I’d like to see a copy of “the books.”
Morrison fought back from an early hole with a big kick to Ted’s head. Ted came back and tried Dream Street, but Morrison countered it. DiBiase then hit a powerslam for a two count. DiBiase applied the Million Dollar Dream, but Morrison pushed off the top turnbuckle and flipped backward (see Bret Hart vs. Roddy Piper at WM8) for the win…
After the match, DiBiase attacked Morrison and R-Truth made the save. The crowd cheered for the babyface duo as DiBiase slowly retreated up the ramp…
The match started slow with both men exchanging punches and Cody stomping Morrison. Morrison hit a spinning heel kick and standing shooting star press to Cody. Morrison worked on Cody outside of the ring and Cody countered with a standard heel kick to Morrison. [C]
The show returned with Cody applying a body scissors to Morrison. Cody hit a dropkick to Morrison for a nearfall. Cody hit the falling knee drop (vintage Orton) move. Cody applied an armbar takeover to Morrison and stomped Morrison’s midsection. Cody hit a nice moonsault to Morrison and was followed by punches and a scoop slam.
Morrison came back with instant offense and a reversal for a nearfall. Morrison hit a flying chuck to Cody for a nearfall. Grisham was having a minor man crush about Morrison and Morrsion went for Starship Pain but he missed. Cody hit the Alabama Slam (vintage Hardcore Holly, not really) for a nearfall. Morrison hit a running knee for a nearfall.
[Q4] Cody hit a chinbuster and Morrison hit a Pele kick. Cody hit the CrossRhodes for the win.
- After the match, Ted lays Santino out with the Dream Street. We got to the big screen for the picks. John Morrison comes to RAW. He comes out to the stage and poses for the fans. The next pick will be R-Truth coming to RAW. Truth comes out and dances for the crowd on the stage. He and Morrison hug. The third and final pick for this match is Edge coming to RAW! The crowd pops and out comes Edge to the stage.
Jack Swagger vs. John Morrison
Back from the break and out comes the World Heavyweight Champion Jack Swagger, representing the SmackDown brand. Out next is one of RAW’s newest Superstars, John Morrison. The bell rings and they lock up. Swagger takes Morrison to the corner but Morrison comes right back out and they lock up again. Morrison with knees. Swagger beats Morrison in the back and down to the mat.
Swagger takes Morrison to the mat and rolls him around. Morrison takes control now and holds Swagger on the mat by his arm. Lots of mat wrestling, counters and pin attempts here. Morrison finally kicks Swagger out to the floor and hits a corkscrew plancha to the floor on Swagger. Morrison brings it back in the ring but only gets a 1 count. Swagger hits a big shoulder thrust to the ribs on Morrison in the corner and we go to commercial.
Back from the break and Swagger has Morrison on the mat. 2 count by Morrison after a counter. Swagger applies an abdominal stretch in between the ropes until the ref makes him break it. Swagger with a boot to the head. More of Morrison in control. Morrison with a big kick to the face and a 2 count. Swagger goes for the gutwrench powerbomb but Morrison counters. Morrison goes for Starship Pain but Swagger stops it. Swagger hits the powerbomb for the win.
R-Truth and John Morrison vs. The Miz and Big Show
Out comes ShowMiz’s first opponents, R-Truth and John Morrison from SmackDown. They come to the ring and it’s going to be Miz and Morrison starting things out.
Morrison goes right for the roll up, but all it does is make Miz mad. Miz beats on Morrison for a bit, but Morrison comes back with an arm drag and he tags in R-Truth. Truth and Morrison hit a double hip toss. Truth hits Miz and sends him into the ropes, but Miz tags right out to the Big Show. show comes in and hits Truth with a big belly bump, launching Truth across the ring. Show hits a big chop and tags in Miz who comes in and hits a running kick to Truth’s face that’s good for a near fall. Miz locks in a rear chin lock.
Truth fights out of the submission, and is able to connect with a heel kick to Miz. Miz crawls over to Show, and both men make the tag. Morrison hits a quick dropkick on Show, but Show puts him in the corner. Morrison tries to go to the second turbuckle, but Show counters by grabbing Morrison around the throat. Morrison responds with a triangle choke, but Morrison ends up flipping over the rope, holding on to the hold. The ref counts to five while Show is in the ropes, and it results in a DQ.
Swagger worked amateur mat wrestling to start. He slammed Morrison, but missed the leg drop. Morrison hit the running knee for two. Swagger reversed a whip, but Morrison slid under his legs. He charged, and Swagger lifted into an over the head spine buster. Wow. Both men recovered into the break…[C]
[Q2] Back at 4:55, Swagger had a body scissor on Morrison. Morrison tried to escape, but Swagger set him on the top. Swagger tried for a superplex, but Morrison knocked him down and hit a missile drop kick for two. Morrison tried for the Chuck Kick, but Morrison hit a big boot to the gut for two. Swagger continued to work the abdomen with a bloody mouth. Morrison reversed the next lift into a wheelbarrow bulldog attempt, but Swagger dropped him backwards for a near fall.
Swagger locked on a crossface/armbar combo rest hold. Morrison made the ropes, and reversed a lift attempt into a tilt-a-whirl DDT. Morrison worked his offense and tossed Swagger over the top. Swagger landed on the apron and lept back over the top. Morrison hit a sick roundhouse kick for two. Swagger tried to reverse a whip, but Morrison rolled for two, and then hit the Chuck kick for two. He backed Swagger to the ropes, and Swagger dropped him for a hangman and hit the gut wrench powerbomb. Morrison grabbed the rope at two and a half.
Swagger jawed with the ref for a moment and then stomped on Morrison. He lifted Morrison in a powerslam lift. Morrison escaped and hit the Pele kick in the corner. He followed with Starship Pain for the win. Post match, Morrison celebrated in the ring while Swagger posed with the belt on the floor…
